I think one of the most useful ways to understand digital twins is to look at how they’re being used in real manufacturing environments. It’s more than just having a 3D model of a machine; the real value comes from connecting it to actual operating data and using that information to spot problems or improve performance. I came across this article that gives some good examples of how digital twins are changing manufacturing: https://industrysupply.net/how-digital-twins-are-changing-manufacturing/

I’d probably report it directly to the Academy support team by email, as they can forward it to whoever maintains the course content. Include the module name and the specific links that aren’t working, along with the correct URLs if you have them. That should make it easier for them to check and fix the issues before the course starts.

Hi Kishore, this sounds like an interesting research topic. Digital twins have a lot of potential when it comes to disaster preparedness and risk management. Good luck with your research project and I hope you get plenty of useful responses to your survey!

    Hi SG,

Welcome to the community! Your research topic sounds really interesting, especially with how digital twins and prototyping are becoming more common in engineering. I think comparing them with traditional design methods could give some useful insights into where they actually make a difference in practice.

I hope you get plenty of responses to your survey and good luck with the final module of your degree!
