Just picked up my S7 and I’m honestly blown away by the attention to detail
I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with transmission work in the past – sloppy reassembly, fluid spills left everywhere, even a missing bolt once. So I was nervous when my 2018 S7 started making a grinding noise in low gears. A friend insisted I try a place that calls itself an Elite Audi Specialist Sharjah and I went in expecting the same old story but with nicer carpets. I was wrong. They sent me a video of the inspection, explained exactly what they found (worn clutch pack and a leaking seal), gave me a firm price, and finished when they said they would. When I picked up the car, the engine bay was cleaner than when I dropped it off, they had put new clips on every wiring harness they touched, and the transmission felt smoother than the day I bought the car. Even the service advisor followed up the next day to ask how it was driving. That’s what elite should mean I guess. Anyone else found a shop that actually exceeds expectations instead of just meeting them?
