There is a definition in the Gemini Papers in the What Paper.
“A digital twin is a digital representation of a physical asset, process or system1 . It is distinguished from any other digital model by its dynamic connection to the physical twin. A digital twin unlocks value by supporting improved decision making.”
It then expands on this.

Thanks John, we would like to create a rota so that we know who will make the announcements at each Gemini Call and attend the Welcome events. It also means that you can confirm it in your diary.

At the heart of the DTHub is therefore the Community, made up of the people who create, use and benefit from digital twins. At the heart of the Community is the Community Council – which ensures that the Community has a voice in how the Hub is run so it meets your needs. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that? And added to that, the Council is made up of a fantastic bunch of people so there is the added bonus of having a great time and meeting some amazing people.
