The core gameplay of Slope is straightforward. You use the arrow keys (or A/D keys) to steer your ball left and right. The ball constantly moves forward and accelerates as you descend. Your primary goal is to avoid falling off the edges of the track and colliding with the various red obstacles that appear in your path. These obstacles can be stationary blocks, moving barriers, or even narrow tunnels that demand pinpoint accuracy.
