Interestingly disposal stage of DT’s was least quoted as the stage where the firms use DT’s. Most commonly used stages were design and build and operate, but disposal received very few responses. We have not asked any questions in our survey directly on net zero.
To inform design tools (in a fully autonomous scenario) or humans (quasi-virtual state) on design performance based on building performance data, thereby creating a knowledge based feedback loop to the originators of that design. Eventually this could lead to a positive feedback loop for continuous learning for building design based on perfromance.Â
