Reply To: Do we need an Elevator Pitch, if so, what should it be?

Hi folks, first time posting but this caught my attention whilst I was looking for something else.  I’ve drafted a number of elevator pitches down the years and what is really important is to avoid the assumption that whoever you are talking to knows anything about the subject, otherwise you start improvising and the pitch loses it’s punch.

Also it’s good to have three flavours of the same pitch, Elevator (20s), Lobby(2mins), Coffee(10mins).  

Happy to pitch in with a 20-30 workshop to throw some virtual post-its around so we’ve got something to distil.
