Our UK based capture service provides an immersive and realistic virtual view of your properties and spaces, and can be enhanced with text, media and links to supporting documentation / data resources.

This adaptable tool improves productivity and saves time and costs by allowing for easier sharing and collaboration between teams and decision makers. It can be used to support on-site and day-to-day troubleshooting as well as providing a valuable resource to project phases. Remote visualisation of sites can bring efficiency in response times. where limited access is a factor, and where sites are at distance.

Our service has a range of applications, including 3D visual condition surveys, facilities management, safety and training, reality capture for pre-construction renovation projects, visual record of construction build stages, commercial marketing etc.

In addition to the 3D walk-through experience, 3D data files are generated and can be used to create floor plan schematics and support 3D modelling creation.

Our experience includes small and large projects… capturing sites up to 1/2 million square feet. 

We use Matterport (Pro2 & Pro3) and Leica (BLK360) capture devices.
