Hi Henry thanks for your response. It certainly has the potential to do that but achieving it has a way to go! As you suggest, agile implementation is a difficult concept for an organisation that is pre-disposed to giving clear orders. However, requirements’ development, with validation using scenarios ,and then prioritising them for agile development is certainly a way to address that issue. I would be interested to hear how other sectors go about using synthetic environments and scenarios for requirements’ generation.
