The result was a trustworthy digital twin strategy and solution to Equinor, a prerequisite and key goal for development and operation of the Krafla field. The implementation and application of DNV-RP-A204 is a significant contribution to reaching that goal, allowing Equinor to apply a consistent terminology and approach on the digital twin resulting in a more efficient design process.
