CReDo webinar. Collaboration is key to increasing climate resilience through connected digital twins
Watch the film and use the CReDo interactive app to try your hand at increasing climate resilience through connected digital twins
If you missed our film premiere at the CReDo webinar, don’t worry because this is the chance to see Tomorrow Today – a story of how connected digital twins create resilience that can save lives. Directed by BAFTA winning director Colin O’Toole, it tells the story of Arthur and his grandson Jack facing an unprecedented storm, which has the potential to knock out multiple utility services and threaten lives.
Alongside the film we have launched a new interactive climate resilience app, built by Esri UK in partnership with Mott MacDonald. The app takes users through the process of using siloed and connected infrastructure digital twins to make decisions for better flood resilience in a fictional UK town.
The city experiences a series of severe storms, driven by climate change, that cause a cascade of emergencies across the city and hamper the ability of utility networks to recover. Users can test different scenarios by using isolated digital twins versus connected digital twins to see how this enables them to make decisions to better protect the city.
Tell us what you think about the opportunities to collaborate, and of the value of digital twins for improving performance and efficiency in critical infrastructure.
