Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Jithin Mathew, and I am pursuing my Master's program in Engineering Management at the University of Leicester, UK. I am contacting you as I am conducting a study as part of my dissertation, and I would greatly appreciate your participation.
My study prioritises the barriers hindering the adoption of Digital Twin technology in commercial building HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. By understanding these barriers, we aim to contribute to developing strategies and solutions to overcome them effectively.
I invite you to participate in an anonymous survey to rank the identified barriers to implementing Digital Twin technology in commercial building HVAC systems. The survey is designed to gather insights from professionals like yourself who have expertise or experience in this field.
Rest assured that all responses will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for academic research purposes. Your valuable insights will help advance the industry's understanding and adoption of Digital Twin technology.
If you are willing to participate, I request your email address to share the survey link with you. The survey will be conducted using Google Form, a convenient and secure platform for data collection. Please be assured that your email address will only be used for the purpose of sending you the survey link and will not be shared with any third parties.

Thank you in advance for considering my request. Should you have any questions or require further information about the study, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Your support and contribution are greatly appreciated.
I look forward to your positive response and participation in the survey.

Warm regards,
Jithin Mathew
