Is it possible for the NDT programme to provide a collaborative development platform for DT developers?

I came across an EU funded project "xr4all" which provides a development environment(among other things) for XR projects. The details are here: https://dev.xr4all.eu

Will it be possible for the NDT programme to provide similar platform for DT community in the UK? It will help in fostering rapid collaboration and development of the DT ecosystem.

Have you come across DAFNI: https://dafni.ac.uk/. ? This is what we currently have available and could be used?

Looking at the website it looks like it is geared towards infrastructure projects. What if someone from EdTech wants to use the platform with heavy bent towards XR(eXtended Reality - AR/VR) technologies as the starting point? Will that be possible on DAFNI? Where should I look at for more information?

Okay, spoke too soon! I see now how this can help and how it some what matches to https://dev.xr4all.eu But I am still bit unclear on how I will start using it. Because I am trying something different. Usually the DT projects start from the physical entity and then abstract that to a corresponding digital twin. My idea goes in a reverse direction to some extent i.e. it is an abstract model(including visual) that picks and chooses from the physical world as and when required.

If you read carefully the DT promotion documents is all about only the capitalist VC and Ivory Tower academic research supported and NOTHING FOR GENERAL PUBLIC.
