Draft legacy document on writing Information Requirements from the IADD4UK group

I have spent the last week bringing together the results of meetings, workshops, presentations and white papers that were part of the Infrastructure Asset Data Dictionary group for the UK between 2013-2018.

It helps define how Information Requirements whether they are Organisation, Function, Project or Asset can be written. It also takes into account financial and insurance information requirements.

This is the first draft and i'm sure there will be plenty of refinements as the members submit their experience and knowledge gained since we paused for breath!
