SUMMARY:THE DIGITAL TWIN HUB AND THE DIGITAL TWIN PARTNERSHIP - Explore digital twins and climate resilience across the UK and ANZ
DESCRIPTION:Join the Digital Twin Hub and the Digital Twin Partnership for an event that highlights the power of Digital Twins in fostering resilience. This event will feature the UK CReDo Demonstrator and local Digital Twin initiatives in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ)\, which use data and technology to enhance resilience. \nThis is a global event with speakers on three different continents so take note of the start time in your region: \n\n1:00-2:00 In Eastern United States/Canada\n5:00-6:00 in the United Kingdom\n16:00-17:00 in Sydney\, Australia\n18:00-19:00 in New Zealand\n\nDigital Twin technology is a game-changer\, offering predictive insights and actionable intelligence to improve decision-making for resilient infrastructure and urban systems. By creating virtual models of real-world assets and environments\, digital twins allows governments\, cities\, and organisations to analyse complex data and devise innovative strategies to mitigate risks\, tackle challenges\, and bolster resilience. \nIn this event\, we will examine the CReDo Demonstrator and how it solves data-sharing problems and unlocks cross-sector insights to drive climate resilience. We will discuss the interconnectedness of various sectors and show how a connected digital twin approach can boost built and natural environment resilience in ANZ. \nJames Strutt of the New South Wales government will present on their work in using digital twins to combat climate change. \nDigital twin experts and developers from across the globe will share their experiences and best practices\, emphasizing the key aspects of using technology to fight climate change and build resilience. Through presentations\, discussions\, and real-world case studies\, you will gain valuable insights into how digital twin technology is reshaping resilience. \nDon’t miss this chance to learn how Digital Twins are defining the future of resilience. Join us to understand how CReDo and local initiatives in ANZ are using data and technology to enhance resilience and create a more sustainable future. \n#DigitalTwins #Resilience #DataTechnology #ClimateChange #Event \nPresenters include: \n \n \n \n \n \n \nLearn more about the Digital Twin Partnership and their mission:

SUMMARY:Enterprise Data Transformation Symposium: Realising the Power of Knowledge Graphs
DESCRIPTION:10 pragmatic data story tellers that have been leading the way will showcase lessons learned\, core capability and architecture decisions\, tactics for capturing and sustaining executive sponsorship\, and offer strategic and prescriptive approaches for resolving the data dilemma. Prior story tellers include Morgan Stanley\, UBS\, Wolters Kluwer\, Roche\, AstraZeneca\, Siemens\, and IKEA. For this year\, we’ve received early commits from Bosch and Amazon\, with more to come. \nInspiration comes from firms that have chosen the data centric approach.  http://www.datacentricmanifesto.org/principles/\nFind out directly from innovative data leaders that are implementing this semantics-first approach. No vendor halls\, no software showcases\, no technology hype and speculation – rather real business and technology leaders explaining the business value realized. \n\nHow can we get started down a data-centric path?\nHow can semantic knowledge graphs and data-centric thinking transform the way business is being conducted?\nWhat methodologies and delivery approaches are working?\nWhat talent and skills will it take to achieve?\nWhere can we expect resistance and how to overcome it?\nHow to demonstrate incremental value while building an extensible and scalable architecture for the enterprise?
